Question I have some pants that are long enough for me, but I need to make them skinner. What is the best way to do this? I was thinking to bring them in on the inner seam (two pairs are cargo pants), but I'm terrified of ruining them, what is the best way to do this?
Answer HI KIKI
The inseam would be the best place due to pockets on the side seams.
What I suggest is that you turn the pants inside out, basting the seam the amount you want to alter the pants. Try them on, see how they look and feel. If good then stitch on the basting seam.
