Expert: Vinette de Phillipe - 8/19/2008

Question
If I need to shorten the crotch how do i know if I need to adjust the depth and how do I do it?

Answer
hi Gerriloveless,
Well this is the third time I have attempted to answer your question.  My computer died, now using a friends.

To shorten the crotch, you need to make the adjustment on the inseam.

with pants inside out, adjust the fit in the crotch area.  pin or mark the amount of adjustment.

remove pants, stitch, tapering to the inseam in the leg area.
