Question
QUESTION: Hi,
The window is 99 x  45. They will be hung on a 1" diameter rod with tabs at the top.  How do I line these.  I have room darkening lining.?

ANSWER: I am not sure exactly what you are asking regarding this question.

I would like to help very much.

Are the draperies already made?

Have you picked out the fabric?

What do you need to know exactly.

Thanks so much

QUESTION: I have the fabric  for the curtains and the lining which is room darkening.  It is very heavy. I need to know how to put the lining in, I have the curtain fabric cut out just waiting for instructions on how to do the lining part.  Does this answer your question on  what I need to know?

Thanks
Barbara Steuber.

Great to hear back from you.

The lining is cut shorter than the decorator fabric.

With the lining being so heavy and thick in this case you want to take out the bulk.

I do not see what your decorator fabric in the posting that you send me. What type of fabric are you using?

I ask this as there are 2 ways you can put in your lining, but it depends on the decorator fabric you are using.

Also are you still making tab top draperies?

I take off tomorrow for MN and IL where I will be teaching at the Original Sewing and Quilt Expo. If I should miss your email via this forum please know to write me directly at homefashionu@gmail.com
