Question
I have a Singer golden Touch snd Sew. For some reason the tension is not correct as when I sew the thread on the face down side id in a series of large loops. I have checked the tension & changed bobbins but didn't help. Type of material makes no difference.....Help...Teejay

Answer
HI Tara,
this sounds like the upper thread is not threaded correctly.

try rethreading the sewing machine, make sure the thread is in the take up leaver and the tension controler correctly.

If this does not solve the problem, then it is probably time to make a trip to the repair shop.
