Question
QUESTION: Hi

We have a small problem at our workroom. We have a client that wants flat (sheer/gauze) panels. We have tried to use buckram but it causes the panel to buckle at top when panels are open.Do you have any suggestions on how to conceal the drapery hooks?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Sondra

ANSWER: I would like to help... but I am not sure what you mean by a flap drapery panel?

Is it a flat piece of fabric hanging, pleated or what?

Do you have a picture or drawing of what they want?

If you cannot upload photos to this sight, please feel free to attach them and send to me at

QUESTION: Sorry, The panels are not pleated they are like a ripplefold drapery but no snap tape or a grommeted panel with no grommets.

Answer
Okay...

To recap...

Client wants a flat piece of fabric hanging, it is a gauze/sheer fabric.

Flat panel being hung on what exactly?

If I could look at a photo of what you are trying to do that would be helpful.
