Question I am making bean bags,on a few of them the material is giving out by the seam. What am I doing wrong? I am machine sewing, using duck canvas and heavy duty thread.

Are you overcasting or zigzagging the seam edges? Finishing the seam edges will stop any fabric fraying. Also, are you using a short stitch length? You need to be doing about 20 stitches per inch for a good, tight seam.
