I have just got married again after a messed up relationship i was in for 22 years which had very limited sex involed, my wife now gives me good oral sex which i want to video her doing, she does not mind and i now want it a least 2-3 times a week, but want to film her everytime, watching it between only drives me wanting more, i still have the need for lovemaking between these times which filming this does not bother me as i feel this is more intimate and nice to have. please what is driveing my lust to film her giving me oral? is it normal to be this way?

Seems like a perfectly normal fetish to me. If it doesn't bother her, I wouldn't be too concerned about it. You likely get some excitement out of it or something. It is hard to say exactly why, the camera might function at least psychologically like the idea of being watched by someone. Which might turn you on. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to tell YOU why you like something. It is something you can easily explore on your own by paying attention to your habits surrounding this. Do you like watching the videos later or just the actual act of BEING filmed?
