Answer It depends. The same guy can stay hard for 4 minutes, some for less than one. Without stimulation, anyways. Men aren't SUPPOSED to stay hard like that. If he's hard for say, 30 minutes with zero stimulation, that's abnormal. If it's an hour or more, he should consult a doctor.
