Unless you have an open wound on your hand, you cannot get an STI (Sexually transmitted infection... formerly STD)
You can get some STIs from oral sex, but ONLY IF SHE HAS ONE! If she's clean, and you're clean, it's safe!
If you touch your penis after fingering it is possible to get an STI, but very unlikely.
Always be safe and careful during sex!
