I have this same problem, i can have sex for over 5 hours straight and not come. I find that you need to totally relax, and if this doesnt work, then try this:
if you are getting head, try flexing all of your abs are hard as you can, it might cause you to shake, but for some reason, i ALWAYS come when I do this. The same goes for sex, if you are doing it in a position in which you are holding her, try flexing your chest or abs until you think you can't take it anymore and it induces orgasm for me. It sounds crazy, but try it. I have told this to other friends of mine, and its helped them.
