Can i sell sex toys from home in texas? Like hold those home parties and stuff like that?
Yes you can! We have distributors there from Slumber Parties. I think the only difference is you have to sell them as novelties. Also from what I have heard you can not directly hand them to someone when the purchase is made. I think you have to lay it on a table and they have to pick it up.... Weird I know.
