I recently was told that my vagina is not as tight as it once was, very upsetting for me and i feel that i have lost confidence sexually since it was brought up. I already know about kegal excercises i was wondering where i could buy some sort of toy or weight that will help me get quick results. I already have the jiggle balls available from ann summers but want more alternatives.

You should try using your jiggle balls while doing kegal exercises, its like weight lifting for your pelvic floor muscles. They also have tightening creams but that only offers a temporary fix. You will never get you vagina back to virgin state, its is like everything else on you body with age it loses tightness, its normal & you shouldn't worry about it.
