Sex Toys - Can I learn to orgasm vaginally using a vibrator?

Expert: Katie Wise - 12/1/2007

Question
I have been having sex for 4 years, and whilst I can orgasm easily through clitoral stimulation, I have never had a vaginal orgasm. More recently I have felt close to it, but not quite. I really want to be able to orgasm whilst my boyfriend is inside me, I know we could just manually stimulate my clit but I find this uncomfortable when having sex and I enjoy it more if I dont, as I tend to concentrate to hard on it if I do try manual stimulation. Basically I want to learn to orgasm vaginally? If I buy a vibrator (a gspot one) will this help? Is it possible that after getting used to a vibrator I will be able to orgasm with my boyfriend through penetration alone? Thanks.

Answer
Hi Hannah,
Great questions!
It is common for women to orgasm easily though clitoral stimulation. That in fact is the most common orgasm. But at the same time some women can not.
Internal orgasm are sometimes harder to reach. If you are wanting to have a G-spot orgasm..Yes a G-spot toy may help you. This is what I suggest.
Buy a GOOD G-spot toy, use a nice water-based lube, do it by yourself to learn more about your body. Do this when you will not be distracted or in a hurry. It may help to use a mirror also to learn more about yourself. Relax when using the toy, you will want the curved part pointing towards your tummy and just go in and out slowly. The first sensation sometimes is that you feel like you have to go to the bathroom. If you feel this do not stop you will not pee. Just relax and enjoy then you will soon have a G-spot orgasm.
As for your other question to will you be able to do so with your boyfriend...You again have to learn your body to show and tell him where and how to do it also what you like. They don't know unless we tell them. When having intercourse with a man and wanting to have a G-spot orgasm you have to be in the right position. Doggy style, your legs on his shoulders, and you on top rocking back and forth are the best positions to hit that G-spot because of where it is located.
I hope this helps some. Please let me know if you have other questions and if you would like some help with buying a GOOD G-spot toy.
