I have been searching for a toy that simulates cunnilingus. I really, really want something that feels real. Do you know of any? What would happen if I was to get a toy intended to simulate male oral sex? Could I use it and would it work well? One in particular that I am thinking of is a tongue that vibrates! Let me know your opinion.

There are many toys that will do what you're asking. In order to simulate cunnilingus you will need one that provides both suctions and the fluttering or licking like a tongue does.
