I can answer questions related to the texts, sonnets or to Shakespeare's life. I can help with historical context and language difficulties. I am a secondary school English and Drama teacher in England and can therefore help current students with the texts which they are studying. DO NOT ASK ME WHERE HE GOT HIS IDEAS FROM! I know that it is a dreadful question to be posed as homework but I have recieved it dozens of times. The answer can be found in past questions.

As an amateur etymologist I am familiar with many misconceptions about the meanings, intent and usage of words in the plays which other people are often unaware of. Educated to post-graduate level. Shakespeare - elizabethian times

Question
I was wondering if you could help me answer these questions.
Did the people in the elizabethian times have any catalog's back then?
What did they wear back when the play of Romeo and Juleit
time?

Answer
Kelsey,

I am not sure what you mean by catalogues.  I can think of two meanings:
1) Catalogues of productions.  No, writing was a different beast then and a lot of it happened during rehearsals.
2) Catalogues of goods or clothes from which to buy things.  Absolutely not.  Clothes were made to order for individuals and fitted to their form.  Individual traders could have catalogues of their goods but they would not have been in the form that they are now.  They would likely be hand drawn/written and merely illustrative of what the customer would buy from that location.  They would not be taken away.

Contemporary clothing.
You can find information on clothing of the time at these web locations:
