The main drawback of installing shareware software is if its shareware you have to pay for it. Other drawbacks include you normally need a registration key/code to register and use the shareware products so be sure not to lose it. Another drawback is if you buy shareware software from a website and do-not have a CD of the software or a backup if your pc crashes and needs factory setting reset you will lose program and would have to repay. A final drawback is in most shareware software cases there is freeware software that does just as good a job.
