Shareware/Freeware - Email Extractor For My Inbox

Question
I have thousands of emails in my web-based email accounts with Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail. I was looking for a program that could add all of my emails to my contacts. In looking I found some email extractor programs but I have not found one that will do what I want it to. Do you know of any way or any progrms which I can add my emails to my contacts? I don't mind paying for it if there are no free programs.
