Hi. Here's my query: I wonder if there is a freeware program out there that splits web pages into frames or pictures. Thank you.

hi thanks for your question.
you can do a print screen of a website and copy it to a word processor which will save the website as a image for later use.
if you want to split files/webpages try this website
http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/ it has a few freeware programs that split files/webpages/pictures.
if that dont work you could try "Mihov Picture Downloader" which will download download and save all pictures from the website you are looking at.
