Question I have a Sansa e260 that I had no problems sync-ing with Windows Media Player on my old computer with Windows XP. Now I've got Vista, and this WMP is not showing what's on the Sansa. How can I get my music from my Sansa to my new computer? The Sync tab keeps telling me to drag the files, but it's not showing anything to drag! I'm going crazy trying to figure this out! Thanks for your help!
Answer Since you don't have a Ipod or Zune, I'm pretty sure you don't need any type of software to sync music from your computer to MP3 player. Just plug your MP3 player to your PC and turn your MP3 player on. Then go to my computer. Your MP3 player should pop up. Then click on it. Select your music folder where all your songs are stored. Now just drag the music you want transferred to your MP3 player to that folder, just drag and drop, then your music will be on your MP3 player. I know this works for my Samsung MP3 player, so it should work for yours as well. I was also reading that you may need to change usb options, which should be found under setting in your MP3 player.
MTP"; works fine on "MSC. Try changing it to the other usb setting if the first option doesn't work for you. You can also try updating firmware for your product. Try these suggestions to see if it works, if not, feel free to ask a follow up question.
