Question I have the 30gb Ipod itouch and the last few months it hasn't aloud me to put videos on it. It wont tell me anything it just wont do it. Please help me!!!

Step1: You can choose language by clickng "Language".
Step2: Free download and save it in your computer and run it. Connect your iPod to your PC. Normally, iTunes will be auto-run first. In iTunes, make sure that "Enable disk use" has been checked in the iPod Options. Run "iPod to Computer" It will auto-scan the iPod on your PC. If it doesn't auto-scan, you can click "Rescan".
Step3: If the iPod is enabled, the files (songs/movies) will be shown in the list. From this list, you can now select and checkmark the files you want to back up. Or you can click "Open Folder" and choose one or more song / video files.
