Hi Jim, I'll be happy to help you today!
The definition of "SHarware" is: Any program that is free to download, but cost money to use over a "trial" piriod, or.... other things or restrictions are on the program that you download, and in order to remove it, and have full accsess, you must pay somthing.
Freeware, is FREE! never buy it, maybe the company or person who made it might ask for donations, but other than that, it's FREE!
