Hi Becky
I am not sure if winrar is shareware/freeware or even hardware thats how omputer illeterate I am.
I need help if you can. How do I open a rar file. and what is a bin/cue? Someone has sent me something in rar format and then says I must get the bin/cue? how do I eventuslly put the bin/cue onto a disk? thanks for your help

It also tells how to burn them to disk.

For opening a .rar file, try the following software.  It is free.  I hope this helps you out!
