Question
I have a 8-10 week old pup and he constantly scratches, I've started giving him a bath everyone other day and it doesn't seem to help. I've started to find little patches of hair around the house that he has bitten or scratched off. Is there anything I can do or give him to help? -Stephen

Answer
Great:
If you need any more help, please ask.
Thanks for your question!
Marie

Hi Stephen:  This doesn't sound good.  Please make sure you have your pup on a good food.... One that has no corn or very little corn fillers.  Here are some choices for you:
change the food over a 2 week period of time.... 1/2 the old food and 1/2 the new food....
Innova ( puppy food) get the dry kibble... ( you can soak it for 5 minutes, if it is too hard for his teeth.
Another good one is Wellness Formula ( pup food)
Also, Solid Gold is great - Make sure it is the pup formula

Next, give this pup some NuVET Plus wafer treats.  If he is under 10 lbs he only needs 1/2 wafer per day.  From the weight of 10 to 90 lbs he will need just 1 per day.  NuVET will help to strengthen his immune system and help him to fight off the allergens that are hitting him.  It can be environmental and also food related allergies.

Not sold in stores: only thru the manufacturer or breeders-
Here is the link for NuVET Plus - Make sure you use order code 81098
http://www.nuvet.com/81098
You can get a 30 wafer bottle, 60, 90, or 180.... ( each wafer is about .55 cents.)

Next, Please only give him a bath once per week.  You need to get some bath shampoo with TEA tree oil.  It will help to heal his itching and scratching areas.  You can find tea tree oil shampoos at most pet stores.  NuVET Plus does have a great TEA tree oil shampoo for 9.95... at the link above ( go to the E-Store)

If it continue, please get your little one over to the vet.
I bet with my ideas you have a good chance of relief.

Please write back and let me know how he is in a few weeks.
Oh, the NuVET plus is guaranteed... Give it a good 60 day trial ... You can see results in 2 weeks.
Call Joan and she will send out your order on Monday.
Joan is at EXT 265   1-800-474-7044  ( ask her about our guarantee)

I sure hope your baby is feeling better soon!
Any other questions, just ask me
