Question Dear Michele,
My question is not about showing dogs. It is more an obediencen situation I can't figure out how to fix. I have a Chin. Pug in which has a marking problem. It started at a young age for him It was a little under 5 months after he had gotten my female dog pregnant. Since this time he has marked on things throughout the years. Some times he goes for days and no problem and other times he marks for 3 days straight. He usually does it when we walk out of the room, but mostly he sneaks away from were we are and marks. I have gotten to the point I have to shut all doors in the house and keep him in the living room or kitchen with me so I can keep my eyes on him.
Please tell me what I can do. My partner and I love him so much, but this is getting to the point we cant handle it any more.
Please help us.
My other question was can you breed a daughter to a father? We were thinking of getting one of our pugs puppies from someone we bred our Shorty with, but I was not sure if breeding them later would be ok or if them being related would make problems in the long run. I have heard both pro and con's but from every day people.
Again, Please help...

Answer Hi,if you want your male to stop hiking it is best to neuter him, but the problem has gone on for so long I doubt you will ever be able to get him to stop. Go to www.google.com and when you get there type in belly bands. Several websites will come up and when they do order your male one. They are inexpensive and work great.
Don't breed father to daughter that is inbreeding and you could come up with some really bad health problems. Michele
