Silver and Flatware/Silver designations

I have a silver fork bracelet marked Martin 90 and a hall mark on a man standing by a bucket (that is what it looks like)

I have done three test and ended up with doing a destructive test because people on net keep saying "silver plate"  I know my silver.   This bracelet is 100 percent sterling so get your flat ware checked out.  There are some Martins making sterling flat ware.  When I read up on martin 90 it said this firm does not make plated ware.  But my test was exact

Hope this helps
