Question
I see you have answered this question but I have one more piece to add--I have a complete set of WM Rogers flatware--it is the Memory design--it has a TS stamped on the back of each piece.  Can you tell me what the TS stands for.  We have the orginal guarantee that states "there is an extra or overlaid deposit of pure silver at the point of greatest ware..."  it has the Eagle with the Star--there is a number on the guarantee that says P.D. 32748--
Thank you for your help

Answer
Hello David.

Take a look at that TS again.  I'll bet you a buck it's actually an IS.  International Silver owns the Wm. Rogers brand, and much of their flatware has an extra IS after the Wm. Rogers mark to reflect it as being an International company.

Michelle
