Silver and Flatware - Identify Flatware Pattern

Expert: Michelle Lieberman - 9/8/2009

Question
Michelle,
Please help me identify the pattern name of this flatware. The back reads: AS CO Warranted A-1 over 5. I have attached a picture, thank you so much!

Answer
Hello Gail.

I just happened to run across your eBay ad.  :o)

You are right about this being the American Silver Co., but I could not identify the pattern.  It's not in any of my pattern books.  It is not unusual to find pieces with no pattern name or number, especially serving pieces, and it looks like your spoon is one of these.

Good luck on your sale!

Regards,
Michelle
