Priaur is a trademark registered by the now extinct Jewellery company W H Collins & Co, Excelda Works, Handsworth, Birmingham.  Their Assay Marks can be found half way down the page on this link.

They were know for a number of items including baby items, pens, book markers and jewellery.  This also has some information about the company and photos of the jewellery works,  unfortunately in a very sad state.
