Hello.

I can't decipher all the marks on the spoon but I doubt it is from 1464. The design of the spoon is consistent with spoons made by many silver manufacturers in the 19th century. Some are still using this design but in the second half of the 19th century, more elaborate designs began to emerge. I don't know what the "1464" means. Some manufacturers put model numbers on their pieces and that may be what this is.

I suggest getting a second opinion if there is an antique or silver dealer nearby because my opinion is not certain.
