Hello,

I bought this lot at auction and this sterling spoon was in it.  The name is worn, although the first name might be Robbin &?  I was hoping you would have any idea who the maker and age of this spoon is.

Thank you,

Debi

Answer
Hello.

I have been unable to identify this so far. I can't quite make out the script word on the left. Is that word, "Sterling"?

The word, "Robbins", has been used by at least one silver company but they were most known for their souvenir spoons.

Ask a follow up question telling about that word. I just want to make sure that "Sterling" is on the piece somewhere. Then I'll keep checking.

Best wishes,

Jim
