Silver and Flatware/serving spoons

I recently bought a lot of items from an auction. The woman appears to have been a flatware collector. I can't find any information on the attached spoons. They are 12 1/2" long. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.


I have never seen anything like this. I wonder if the maker attached existing spoon bowls to new hand wrought handles. That's just a guess. I'm assuming there are no manufacturer marks on the pieces to help us identify the manufacturer.
