Silver and Flatware/FB ROGERS

Question
I HAVE A SILVER? CREAMER MARKED FB ROGERS ONLY. CAN YOU TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PIECE.          THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP.

Answer
Hello.

The company existed under this name, off and on, between 1883 and 1955, when it became part of National Silver Co. It was known for producing pieces made of silver plate. Since there are no markings indicating sterling on it, your piece probably is made of silver plate.

Based upon recent sales of silver plate pieces from this company, your creamer is probably worth about five dollars if you tried to sell it.

Best wishes,

Jim
