Silver and Flatware/Royal brand cutlery

My mother purchased 48 piece set of royal brand flatware. We can find any indication online of this particular pattern and its value.  Can you help us determine what it might be worth.  It is a 12 piece place setting - 2 spoons, one fork and one knife.  It comes in a wood box that says King Edward exquisite silver plate anti tarnish chest.  On the back of each piece of flatware, it says perma brite.

I appreciate any information you can give me on the value of this set.

I have no experience with this type of set. It appears that the metallic components are not made of sterling so any value based solely on silver content would be very low. I looked at recent sales of similar sets on eBay and based on that, it looks like your set might be worth $3 to $4 per piece.

Best wishes,
