Expert: Max - 6/4/2006
Question i am a intermeadiate skateboard and my skateboard just brike recently and when i went to buy a new skateboard i was not comfortable with the board so i just want to know that my shoe size is 11 and i am 16 years old so tell me the size of my board should be.....
and another thing when i do an ollie i dont land straight, i usallly slip or land a funn position. why?
Answer You should get whatever board you feel most comfortable with. I wear an 11 and I skate 8" boards, they fit me perfect. That's what I recommend.
With your ollie, it's because you're turning your shoulders. Just keep your body directly over the board at all times. It's a common mistake, one that I had for a long time, but practice and you'll straighten it out.
