Skydiving (w/ Parachutes)/Military parachute identifacation

I recently acquired a parachute that is unusaul.the info on the chute is:Canopy Assy. Dwg no.11-1-2504 date of mfg. Jan.1978 Pioneer Recovery Systems Inc. What is unusual is thar it is a 24ft. Steerable chute with a pilot chute and it has two 1 inch nylon strap going from the harness to the bridal in the center opening at the top of the chute. The pack seems to be a T-10 pack with a metal rip cord protection tube on it. The chute has multiple openings in it, as for air flow, unlike a 24ft backup chute. If you could help me identify this, it would be greatly appriciated.

It appears to be a ParaCommander canopy designed for the Army.
