hi i suffer from morning exhaustion,i have a set wake up time but i feel exhausted with a very slight headache,for the 1st hour of the day im not very functionable till i start to wake up more, i take ritalin every day to deal with add problems otherwise i would feel very fatigued and unable to concentrate. i slept in a sleep lab and they told me to do sun therepy but nothing usefull cfdame out of it.on the occation i went to bed intoxicated i would wake up feeling refreshed,
please help i want to wake up feeling healthy and awake.

Apparently you may have a mild case of narcolepsy. I suggest you talk to the md who gave you the ritalin as you probably need a higher dose. You might consider going to another sleep center and bring your most recent test result.
