Question
Hi, I'm 29 and healthy. In the past, when I want to sleep in, I would sleep for 8-10 hours. However, nowadays, I can't sleep past 7.5 hours. I want to sleep in but my body is like, "no, you slept enough." Is this normal? thanks

Answer
Sleep cycle can change without no warning depending on climate, stress, just about anything and age. The older we get the body required less sleep.  By the age of 50 the normal 8-10 hours already has decreased to 6-8 hrs. or even less.  Unless your body is saying you are tired and you feel tired which yours is not.  I would not worry about a thing, its all normal.  Its aging even at 29 crazy but true.  feel free to email again Karel
