Question
I suffer from severe leg cramps during the night. My family doctor has done metabolic test and prescribed quinine for me. I'm not deficient in anything and I drink plenty of water. I take calcium magnesium potassium vitamin d and fish oil supplements. The cramps have started getting worse to where even if I'm just resting I get them. What are the symptoms to restless leg syndrome? Is there anything else I could try. I'm tired of my legs feeling like someone is trying to break it in half in the middle of the night.

Answer
The following website from the national sleep foundation has everything you need to know.  I suggest judging from your symptoms that you visit a sleep center and get on the medication requip so it can take you out of your misery.  That is the one medication for it.
