how can i control my sleep cycle?
i want to sleep less and work more i try to sleep for 5 hours a day but it actually becomes 8 hours. i d take a good diet
Wanting to control your cycle when you try to sleep for 5 but your body wants 8. It is actually telling you that 8 is what your body needs. 8 hrs is basically what all of us need. As we get older our bodies require even less sleep. Basically there is nothing one can do to get less sleep except to force yourself to stay awake, which basically does not work as your brain takes over.
