Sleep Disorders/help

Sir for me over sleeping is practiced but the problem is because of school i should get up early and  iam not able to stay active in school.

If you are not able to stay awake in school, you may suffer from a sleeping disorder called narcolepsy.  If you are overweight.  sleep apnea.  However first to rule out the easiest reason of why your are tired. You should go to your doctor and get a complete blood count to rule out any anemia or mono. If these check out then have the hospital refer you to the sleep center near to them to stay over night and have your sleep evaluated overnight to rule out narcolepsy or sleep apnea.  You can go to narcolepsy  or sleep feel free to email again.Karel
