As a software engineer how best to recruit slovakian computer science graduates with work experience.  Job-boards, newspapers, magazines?  what do you think. THanks Roger

Hi Roger,

the on-line job-boards are definitely ahead of newspapers/magazines, especially in the field of SW engineering. It works both ways: people looking for jobs will upload their CVs for companies to find, but they will also actively look for company profiles and offers on-line.

The demand for the people you describe much surpasses the supply, so it's very hard to hire such people without offering very good conditions. Highly competitive salary is a must, and the more experience people have, the more picky they get about where they want to go next. But you probably know all this.

Well, the short answer is go for the on-line portals.
