Question Hello
My wife and I will be in Bratislava for a week in the summer. We are wondering if it is easy to rent bicycles for a reasonable price in Bratislava, and whether we would have to do this in advance. We would like to be able to bike to Cunovo from Bratislava(we haven't arranged accommodation yet), as our sons will be kayaking there. It also appears (from a detailed map I have) that biking in the forest area north and west of the city has quite a road network. Is this true and would it be a good plan to explore this area?

Answer Dear Tim,
I am very sorry for such a late answer - I have never done any cycling around Bratislava so I was trying to get an advice from some of my friends, but I haven't managed, so far. Renting a bike here is much less common here so I have to do some more research.
I have found some webpages with info for cyclists, but they are in Slovak. I will try translate something and send it to you within a week or two, when I have a little bit more time.
Since you plan to visit in summer, I hope it will not be too late for you.
