Question QUESTION: Hello, we have a Security/Fire Alarm Company & I want to update all or most all of our contracts with customers, some are missing totally & some are very old. we have a good contract, but I am just trying to compose a letter to send with the new contract to all customers, making it sound good so that they will want to send the signed contract back. can you help with wording for the letter to update contracts ?? really appreciate any thoughts, thanks ! QUESTION: we are in New Jersey, but don't want anything specific, just trying to compose something that would make them really want to send the contract back, but do not want to appear threatening in any way.
