first thing, if the engine does not turn over you have a bigger problem than mentioned before.take the spark plugs out and try to move the fan by hand. IF THE ENGINE IS LOCKED UP you wont be able to turn fan either way. IF it is locked up your looking at internal engine damage such as dropped valve-connecting rod problem- or something caught in flywheel area that wont let engine turn.
