AboutTom Adinolfi Expertise Can, and will, answer most questions pertaining to small engine repair, and service. But PLEASE furnish me with the proper Model numbers, and types to assure me to be able to answer your questions the most accurately as possible. If the problem is dealing with the frame, drive, or deck portion I need the manufactures numbers, if it is the engine itself, I need it's make and model numbers, rather than the frame's. Tom

Question eric, i have a 2000 murray riding lawn mower, model 283707 type 1139e1 code 0003152E . i crank and it wont start, i put a splash of fuel in the carb, & it will run til that is gone, which is a few seconds, i have cleaned the carburetor, checked fuel lines the are clear, changed the plug,(mainly just to do it) & i can't figure out what the problem is, should i just rebuild the carb which is walbro 0520497119 any help would be appreciated. thanks
Answer Most non-mechanics with all due respect, don't really know how to clean a carb, or where to look for fuel circuits within the carb body. Not to mention after going through the trouble of pulling the carb, and cleaning it why even hesitate over throwing a $6.00 carb kit into it...I will guarantee you the carb still isn't right, what you explaining is a block in the main jet or main fuel circuit.......Tom
