hi. because the motor stood for a long time the water separated from the feul. the tank have some rust inside .it only allowes enough petrol through to fill the carburetor bowl .when the motor dies and you try to start it you move the rust at the botto.m which then allows petrol to fill the carb bowl again

connect the feul line to a seperate can with clean feul and first check the feul filter if you have one good luck

Previous job as trainer for engine manufacturer performing service training for companies like SEARS, HOME DEPOT, LOWES, TSC, etc. Instructor for Technical College.
