Question
I just bought a used Snapper rear engine riding mower and i cannot find the model number or the serial number. Can you tell me where i can find them? I need to find them so when i order parts i get the right ones.

If you looking for model number on the mower its usually located on the frame near the wheels.  It may be covered with grease. ITs a silver adhesive tag.

Model number for the engine is stamped in the blower housing.  look near the spark plug, or near the muffler.  ITs on there somewhere.

Sometimes they can be difficult to find.

Previous job as trainer for engine manufacturer performing service training for companies like SEARS, HOME DEPOT, LOWES, TSC, etc. Instructor for Technical College.

Vo Tech Training 1981, Husqvarna Factory Training, Briggs and Stratton Factory Service School(s) Tecumseh Factory Training, Shindaiwa Factory Training, MTD, Hydrogear, Toro, Lawnboy update schools. To many to list in the past 30 years.
