Question
i have a Honda gc160 5.0 pressure washer model 01450-0  type 5280cp  serial 6708159. while using washer i noticed a yellow fluid coming out of the pressure relief near where the water intake is. does that mean that i have a broken gasket?

Answer
glen

Sounds like you have some pump oil getting past the wobble plate getting past the o-rings. Sometimes this is normal for that pressure relief as the pump is circulating the water around the entire head so as not to over heat. If you start seeing it coming out of the wand end then I would have it checked. If you have a glass view for the pump look at the oil see if it foamy,or if you have a oil filler check the oil there also.
