Answer you have either a plugged main nozzle or old fuel in your system. If you know you have fresh fuel, by fresh fuel i mean less then 14 days old- then you need to clean the carb inlet nozzle and tube,
Sometimes its cheaper to replace the carb then to try to repair it.
