I'm in the South, so snowblowers and snowmobiles are outside of my area of knowledge. If it's a question about the engine on a snowblower I can help. But I'm just not familiar with the drive systems for snowblowers.

Education/Credentials I've attended many small engine and power equipment factory schools and seminars. I average 100 plus hours annually in update schools and specialized training schools and am current on all brands my shop is authorized to do warranty and factory service on.
Question I have a Poulan Weedeater Quattro 4hp mulching lawn mower (22")/ - Briggs & Stratton Model 10A902/Type 2264EI/code 99061754. Recently redid the pull start, worked on first pull - mowed lawn. A week later, it will not start. Will not fire. Replaced spark plug, same lack of start. Do I need to clean or rebuild the carb? Can you direct me to a parts source? Thank you.
